My home is a bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 800+ square foot condo with A/C that is located on the 2nd floor of a very well maintained building in South Mission Beach. This unit underwent a full remodel and was professionally decorated in 2018, so it feels modern, updated and well appointed. The unit is on the “sunny side” of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day. Your family will love this space and its proximity just steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay.

This condo sleeps up to 5 people and a maximum of 2 adults. The open concept kitchen and living room areas flow out to a private balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cooking on the BBQ grill. This unit is the perfect choice for families looking for a casual and relaxing coastal vacation!

Parking:
‱ There is one small compact car spot on the left side of the garage. Your car must fit inside the spot and not cross the red fire-lane in the alleyway. The approximate size of the parking spot is 12 feet long by 7 feet wide. The spot will fit a Chevy Spark or a Mitsubishi Mirage sized vehicle. Please do not park in front of the garage or in neighbors’ parking spot.

‱ If you need additional parking, you can park on the street or in the overnight parking spots a few blocks south at no charge.

This rental is located on a quiet court in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these rules before renting.

The place was super nice, exactly as shown in the listing: spacious, clean, lots of lights. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and stocked. Instructions were clear and host was very responsive when we had a question. The parking spot was short as noted, but we managed to fit in a Kia Soul with a few inches to spare.

Beautiful property! Loved everything about it, super high end finishes and amenities, easy to get to. Know that you will need a REALLY compact car to fit in the space or you'll have to Street park which is limited. Apparently San Diego has some crazy noise regulations! Not owners fault at all, just something to be aware of when planning travel.

Unforgettable stay

Great week at this wonderful VRBO with my young teen daughter and son, and all three of us agree—it’s the most comfortable vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! The space is bright and airy, full of natural light that made it feel instantly welcoming. The rugs were so soft and the couch much more comfy than I thought it would be based on the photos. The gas stove was excellent and the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, etc. the second room is small but all the beds and bedding made for restful nights. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, the bay, and Belmont Park. Also a 5 min walk to Mission Market and a few walk up spots for Mexican and Italian/Mediterranean food (though heads up, the market is VERY pricey).Parking was manageable—we found street parking one day and parked near the jetty the rest of the time. Just be aware: our car did get a bit coated with salt from the ocean air. The property manager, Lacy was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The house was well-stocked with beach toys, chairs, towels, and boogie boards, which made our beach days even better.The only thing I wish I had paid more attention to ahead of time was that there’s no washer/dryer on-site. With June gloom weather, it took a while for towels to dry outside. A dryer would have been handy but honestly, that’s a small thing compared to how much we loved the place.Highly recommend for a fabulous beach vacation!

Great stay!

Had a great time here. Place is very clean, comfy beds, nice showers. Had sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs to use. Host was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations. Would definitely recommend, perfect for our family of 4.

Good area with short walk to beach. Had everything expected to be found in vacation rental. Address was not found on google maps, so incredibly difficult to find the parking space. The parking space is the worst and honestly if you can Uber it or get a tiny car do it. For the cost wish it had an actual beach view, but it served its purpose.

The unit was indeed a “home away from home” because it really had everything one would need, clean, great location with walking access to both the beach and the bay. Accessories for the beach were also provided, which was awesome. Parking was a little challenging, especially because of the construction in the area, but other than that, it was great. We will most definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

Far exceeded our expectations!

I am always looking for a deal, which can be risky. This place was affordable with beautiful finishes and furnishings, just perfect for our family of 3. Fabulous location and super clean! The parking is a challenge but the host is very honest about the size of the parking pad in the ad. It took some maneuvering but we made it work. We had a full size car but you defintely couldn't park an SUV there. No other complaints, everything in the ad held up. The Property Manager was quick to respond when I texted her with a question, but she didn't bug us at all. Overall we were very satisfied and will happily stay there again.

Perfect location

This was a great place to stay. I was there for a race and it couldn't have been more convenient. Parking is tricky but not impossible. I would definitely stay there again.
