This convenient ground level waterfront home is located in a quaint 5-unit building. Features include Studio + 1ba, lay in your very own plush King bed with views out to the bay while watching Netflix on your Samsung SMART TV (includes cable), exclusive fenced bayfront patio with outdoor seating, 1 driveway parking, A/C, wood flooring, quartz counters, stainless appliances, & designer beachy aesthetic. *Note these units do not have bbq's

Newly professionally designed, these upscale units include all new furniture, furnishings, décor, flooring, paint, kitchens & bath's. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
‱ COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
‱ RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

Great Location

The property was in an ideal location. Everything we needed to enjoy a beach vacation was in walking distance. The property managers were extremely responsive to our needs after we arrived and found a few small things that needed attention. Communication was great from start to finish.

Beach Paradise without the Boardwalk crowd

The house had amazing space - you can open up the curtains and enjoy the beach without the unending people walking by. Nice outdoor area for parties and eating. Just steps from the volleyball nets and the ocean. Clean and lovely. Thanks for a beautiful, relaxing time.

Great location, poor cleanliness

The location is great! Walk right out onto the bay.. easy access to everything. Quiet area! The interior of the rental is not as nice as the photos make it look. Older than the photos and the cleanliness was not up to our standards, needed a much better cleaning job. We still had a great time and property management was very easy to communicate with! Also the heater/ac unit did not work and parking is extremely SMALL make sure you have a very compact car

Great location

The place was how it was described and pictured. Check in and out was easy and very well communicated. It was just my husband and I so the space was perfect for us. The location was great. We rented bikes for the days we were there and biked everywhere. There was good restaurants and coffee cafe’s with in walking distance. The place was clean, the toilet is def behind the door but it didn’t bother us at all. I think the place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall the place was great! I would def recommend and I would def stay again, The place is on the inlet side not the ocean but we liked it bc it was quieter with a beautiful view. The ocean was a short walk across the street. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Overall, the place was awesome. Comfortable bed. It was equipped with everything you need. The only thing that was a negative was the parking spot for this unit was very tight and you had to park by trash cans and stagnant water. Had to worry about getting dinged by whoever parked next to us be it’s it was very tight and the spot was short.

Delightful studio in a prime location

A delightful studio in a prime location. Comfy bed with the best pillows ever! Loved having my own kitchen. Thank you for beach chairs and towles! had lovely quiet neighbors. But the house next door had a huge family staying with lots of noise, so that wasn't the best. Lots of flies. But I would stay here again!

Not Fancy but clean and nice

Condo was clean and comfortable. Area quiet and friendly. I would only recommend that an area map along with restaurant and things to do in the immediate area be left on premise. Also the large wall clock in working condition would be helpful.

Great location!

This property is in a great location steps away from Mission Beach, but very calm on the Bay Walk. It is right in the center of the Bay Walk with people walking, running, and biking right in front during the day, but very quiet at night. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
