We had 3 rooms, all the beds were soft and comfortable. Instant hot water in the shower. Unfortunately one of the rooms the heater didn't work, but we had extra blankets and we were just fine. We liked the rooms for location and inexpensive ness.

Great location. Close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Michael the overweight front desk attendant. Bed really old, it sank in the middle, tv hard to figure out. Room was clean and spacious. Older hotel no Apple Pay available no coffee pots but they do have ice machines
