This was my first time going to this property. It was very clean and noticeably a newer property. All of the staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and kind. I got the all-inclusive package which was convenient. This package took a little bit of time to get used as we still needed to sign a check after EVERY transaction for food. There was only one buffet available for breakfast. Lunch had the buffet, poolside restaurant, and the Italian restaurant to choose from. The dinner options were the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and the buffet. And, room service was available. All the food was great. Like I said, the worst part is having to wait for a bill to come when you really just want to get up and walk off your really full tummies. It would’ve been nice to have Moore walk up bars available but I figured out that if you just hang out around the pool, the waiters will bring you drinks. Again, you have to wait for the bill. I got used to this by constantly telling myself that I am on vacation and there is no hurry. I would tell myself that dinner IS the event, and there was nothing else to do but calm down relax and enjoy. The facilities were beautiful. There were always workers straightening the grounds, and this attention to detail was visible as you walked around the beautifully maintained grounds. In the evening I noticed, they scrubbed down the walkways and around the pools. Again, everything in the resort was very clean. The resort was very quiet, which I like.
