The amount of space is unheard of for this location and price point. Basically has a private pool because there are so few units and the beach is so close, a entire space on the rooftop for hanging out where you can see the mountains AND the ocean, extremely comfortable accommodations, and the most responsive and communicative host I've ever had in all my years doing short-term rentals. I thought check-out was at 11, but it was at 10. Not only was Fernando super understanding, but he met us on the beach to grab the keys so we didn't have to walk back to the house. He also took time out of his busy days to chat with us about the local culture, food, weather, etc, on multiple occasions. When we come back, we will absolutely stay at Fernando's again.

Lots of space for big groups or families. Very close to the beach, restaurants, golf, rain forest etc...Gated, well stocked, great communication with host. My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Fernando was always available when needed and was also able to provide answers to any questions that we had throughout our stay in a timely manner.
