Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom apt with million $ view, washer & dryer, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular in the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.

Beautiful View!!
As pictured the view from this condo is spectacular!!
PROS: The condo is very cozy & efficient. The location on the beach is very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, big hotels & a Walgreens & CVS right across the street. Many other spots such as Old San Juan & Condado is a short uber (there is no Lyft on PR) ride away. The manager is very responsive to calls or concerns. The bedroom shade was not working properly & she had a repair man come in within hours to fix it.
CONS: The water temp in the bath/shower was lukewarm, not hot enough for me. I resorted to using a cooking pot to fill with hot water from the sink & then put it in the tub half way. There is an inverter on the balcony & if the AC is on inside, the balcony will feel like a sauna. So we had to remember to turn the AC off every time we wanted to sit on the balcony.
All in all, for the price you are paying to have a fabulous view right on the beach that you would probably pay from $500 & up at a fancy hotel, I would recommend this location.

Disappointed
This was supposed to be a celebration of a milestone birthday. There were red flags from the beginning which I ignored contrary to my character. Thank God I had the funds to travel around the island and enjoy everything else. I can't blame everything on them as I should have investigated further. Suffices to say I will never use Vrbo or stay in any of their properties. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me...Marbella, 1208 was very disappointing. The view us fantastic. I guess that's their selling point. Good luck. God bless
