Beachfront Ocean Villa in Wyndham Rio Mar. 3 private pools and one for little kids. Two 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts, water sports rental. 4 minutes walking distance to the Wyndham hotel with casino, restaurants and full spa. Next to El Yunque Forest and Biobay Lagoon.
The villa is located inside the premises of the Rio Mar Beach Resort on a gated community. Is very private and peaceful near the action on the hotel. Is a tourist neighborhood so you can find many restaurants and stores nearby. Near the top attractions of El Yunque rainforest, the Biobay Lagoon and Hacienda Caraballi where you can find many attractions like riding horses, four tracks etc.

Beautiful location and accommodations. The communication with the host was wonderful and check-in/out process very easy. The property is in a good location for activities such as El Yunque and Fajardo. The condo has a gorgeous view from the covered balcony along with access to beach gear and toys. The kitchen is nicely equipped, just be aware there is no stove. If/when we make it back to Puerto Rico this would be a top choice to stay in again! Thank you!

This condo was everything and more. In a very beautiful location and grounds, right next to the Wyndham resort and casino. Very close to El yunque rainforest. Pictures are accurate, unit was clean and coffee provided was very much appreciated. I also loved how spacious the bathroom is and the provided hair dryer and straightener. AC works really well and I enjoyed the patio with ocean views. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools since it was rainy most of the time we were there but the day we left it was sunnier and we saw some people enjoying it. Sandra was a great host. She answered questions right away and had many great recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

The place was perfect for my wife and I, charming, comfortable, and clean. Being the week before Christmas it was very quiet and we basically had the resort pool to ourselves. The view from the pool was beautiful. Our host Sandra was very responsive and accommodating. Very happy with our entire stay.

We had a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the added bathroom amenities, and the fully stocked kitchen with all appliances you could need as well as basic pantry staples for cooking. The view is beautiful with direct access to the beach and pools. Quiet and relaxing.We plan to bring our kids back for a family vacation soon. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Another wonderful stay in paradise

We had another wonderful stay at Sandra’s place. Everything was nice and comfortable and easy. The villa is roomy and the kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want to eat in. We always enjoy walking on the beach in the morning and love that there aren’t a lot of people staying in the complex. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect vacation spot!

Sandra was wonderful and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend this unit and the property! The pools are steps away with plenty of chairs, and the beach is gorgeous. Would highly recommend a car for groceries, sight seeing and restaurants.

Beautiful Location

I was really surprised with the lack of people at the complex and on the beach. It was amazing and felt like we had the place to ourselves. The room had everything we needed and the view was unbeatable. There was a poltergeist light in the room that came on and off for no reason and I was too dumb to figure out how to turn it off but otherwise our stay was amazing. We loved shucking the coconuts on the beach and we were lucky enough to see the turtles hatched right outside of our room.

Quiet escape

The space was clean and the view was great! The area was very quiet, no crowds to speak of. The process to get in/out of the gated resort was easy. Sandra was easily reachable if needed and the added touch of consumables on hand was very much appreciated - coffee, a little snack, dish soap, toiletries, sunscreen, and bug spray. We will definitely recommend to others!

Beautiful scenery

Sandra is so wonderful she texted back right away with any questions that we had, she did an amazing job advertising her Villa. The pool/ beach view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Beautiful condo

Wonderful

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Bright, clean and professionally handled. I highly recommend this property for couples. Close to the hotel to walk for dinners, etc. We rented a car to get to the grocery store and explored a bit. Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful and the people are very welcoming and proud. We will be back ❀
