Beautiful Isla Verde Beachfront Condo with Incredible Views in Marbella Oeste!

Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of Isla Verde Beach and the ocean from your balcony and every window of this recently remodeled, upscale, non-smoking condo. Located on the 11th floor of the Marbella del Caribe Oeste (West) building with direct access to our pristine sandy beach and turquoise water.

The condo is perfect for a family of up to four or couples. It includes all amenities including flat screen TVs, cable, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable and tasteful furnishings and linens throughout. Twin XL beds in the second bedroom convert to a king. Beach chairs, beach towels, and body boards are included as well.

There is one dedicated underground parking spot and 24-hour front desk security. Guests have full access to the pool, sport court, and other common area amenities.

Conveniently located in the heart of Isla Verde, guests are short walking distances to casual, upscale and beachfront dining options. Walgreens is directly across the street and CVS is two blocks away. Old San Juan is a short drive or Uber trip away. Two-night minimum stay.

Yes! Great communication, beautiful condo, well kept, very comfortable and everyone in the building was welcoming.Appreciate the level of preparation for the event of a blackout.(lanterns and batteries) Luckily it was not necessary but it made us feel at ease. Having access to laundry was so helpful.Loved the beach chairs and towels. All of this plus that view confirmed we made the right choice for the family. We had a great time! Next time we go to Isla Verde we will definitely book Casa De Michelle again. Thank you!

The VRBO condominium stay in Puerto Rico was outstanding, with the host's communication being top-notch from pre-booking to during the stay. The host's pleasant demeanor and quick responses were truly appreciated. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, (although we made an error LOL) making the arrival process stress-free. Moreover, the host kindly accommodated an early check-in and a late check-out to fit with our cruise schedule, which was a great convenience and showed exceptional flexibility and care.The unit itself was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing. The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated close to restaurants, stores, and other amenities. Its location allowed for easy access to everything needed, and a short Uber ride took us straight to Old San Juan, enhancing the overall experience. Working with this host was a real pleasure, and her attention to detail made the stay all the more enjoyable.I would definitely recommend this VRBO condo to anyone visiting Puerto Rico and look forward to returning for another stay in the future. This place and Michelle rocks!

You must book this condo. The views are absolutely breathtaking. It felt like we were out on the water. The king size bed and pillows are super comfortable. Some of the best sleep we’ve ever gotten. The condo is well decorated and immaculate in cleanliness. The homeowner treats you like family and is very responsive to every question in need from booking to check out. This condo has everything you need. All you have to bring is your swimsuit and loved one.I would highly recommend this condo and in fact will definitely be back to visit Casa de Michelle what a wonderful experience.

The beach front condo had amazing views of the beach and ocean. The Condo was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is small but functional, with the basic needs to be able to cook. There were plenty of silverware and dishes. You will need to buy your essentials from a near by store. The second bedroom is small and more suited to children rather than adults. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our host was excellent, answering either by texting or calling.

We came here for the view!!! It was immaculate. The location was perfect to everything. The reason l rated a 3 star was because on our way there the address we were given was not an actual address number. It was a pinned location. The pin took us a few blocks aways. Fortunately our lyft driver was able to find the condo. He mentioned we should advise the owners they should provided an address. Not all drivers would not go out their way to find the location. Second, the condo was not clean. There was layers of dust and dirt on all the tables and dressers. The bathroom door had stains. The bathroom had urine and dirt stains on the toilet seat. When l messaged the owner no apology was given, they asked if we wanted the housekeeper to come. We refused, being we expected it to already be cleaned. After long traveling we did not want tobbe bothered .After we refused they asked if we wanted to leave and find somewhere else for full refund...? Which l felt was so inconsiderate being it wasnt our fault. I'd liked if a portion was offered as a refund due to inconvenience. We had to go to Walgreens to clean and disinfectant the condo and shouldn't have had to do that. It waa only 2 day stay due to those reasons, we wouldn't stay here again.

This was the perfect location and rental for our girls trip! The location was easy to access from the airport and the property was stocked with beach supplies/amenities. The host provided wonderful details for everything from restaurants to the beach to excursions/PR. It was convenient to also have wonderful cooking supplies (one of the best pans I’ve ever used for eggs!) and an in-unit W/D.

This property did not disappoint. The sunrise views from the balcony were breathtaking. The apartment air conditioner was great, the place was clean and the check in process was very quick. The location was perfect, with easy access to the pool and beach. Michelle responded quickly to questions we had. Definitely will stay here again & highly recommend it!

It’s all about the view!

This is a lovely property with everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Hosts are responsive and kind, condo is clean, well-designed, and with stunning views of the ocean. It is stocked with wonderful details like boogie boards and lanterns. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great stay on the beach

The place is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely section of Isla Verde. The beach is great, there is a nice pool and the location is easy for restaurants and the super market. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed coffee there to start our day. Having a washer and dryer is a plus as well. Big bonus, cable TV. We have found most rentals don’t have cable so we were able watch the playoffs on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach. Would surely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had a difficult time getting the lockbox open but eventually won the battle. Had some noisy neighbors during one evening that kept us awake. The view is gorgeous & peaceful (most of the time) and exactly what we needed after a weekend of wedding craziness. A rug by the front door of the unit for sandy shoes would be great. If you are bashful about using a toilet/shower area that has a see through glass door from bedroom to bathroom, this may not be the place for you.

Perfect stay in Carolina

This was our first time visiting San Juan and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this beautiful property! The beachfront views were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The amenities made our trip even more enjoyable—having beach chairs and boogie boards available was a fantastic bonus! The location was ideal, with plenty of great local dining options nearby. Plus, the secure facility made access in and out easy and stress-free. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Host; Perfect Location

We are a family of four who wanted a beachfront experience with easy access to restaurants and Ubers, and Casa de Michelle was perfect! The condo is beautifully updated with so many comforts of home provided. Michelle provided us with many great restaurant and excursion tips. It is so easy to relax at this location because everything you need is right downstairs. We can’t wait to visit again!
