Overall, the property was good and the location was excellent. The unit was clean and well stcked with most of what you need. However, we did experience communication issues. A mix-up with the check-in instructions left us waiting in the lobby for two hours because the owner was unreachable. Thankfully, the security guard, Ceasar, was fantastic—he saved the day by contacting the cleaning staff to get us access.While the check-in error felt like an honest mistake, the lack of communication was frusterating at best. We weren't checked on once, nor were we provided with check-out instructions. Additionally, having only one set of keys for a multi-key system (building, gates, beach) was highly problematic. It meant our group couldn't split up, as leaving the unit would either lock the others inside or leave them without access to the amenities. Communication, an extra key set, and a few notes of "useful information" would have made this a much better stay.
