It was disappointing that at the rate per night they have, the offer “free” breakfast” and a “happy hour” of 2 drinks in the afternoons BUT the quality of the food and drinks is horrible!! They also had a waiting list for check in because rooms were not ready but housekeeping staff were chatting on the hallways!

Loved our one night stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5! My kids loved the pool and it was so beautifully decorated for the Christmas time. We enjoyed our stay here very much and we hope to come back soon. Was also very close to the airport which was a plus for us!

Yes, my concerns are as follows. Shower would not get warm enough leaving me and my guest feeling cold and uncomfortable. There was an additional $50 fee tacked on after I tipped hotel employees. That was not disclosed up front.

Blanca at the front desk was awesome but Jessmarie needs customer service training. She cut me off several times when I asked questions by repeating the verbiage she has to say at check in. She also did not like that I did not speak Spanish. I felt very unwelcome and that I was a bother to her. We had problems with the parking but I avoided her every time.
