Apartment right on the beach, with two chairs and a table on the balcony to comfortably enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Includes one assigned parking. Located in one of the best areas of Isla Verde, only 7 minutes away from San Juan Airport (SJU), next to the 4-star Sonesta and Fairmont hotels. Just take the elevator down to get to the pools and the beach. Within walking distance, you'll find various restaurants, cafés, bars, also shops, pharmacies and convenience stores. Security guards 24/7.

Very comfortable and bright apartment equipped with all the basic items and appliances. The bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The living room has a full size sofa bed. Both have separate AC units and TVs. Beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are provided for use during your stay. We allow one dog at no additional cost.

We provide one set of keys and a key fob. The key fob is used to open doors and gates throughout the building. We will charge you for these if you lose them, so please make sure you return everything before leaving.

No Frills, Great Location

This is a basic one bedroom condo with a double bed sized futon. It had what you need and nothing extra, so a perfect place for those who want a clean, good location spot to sleep after a day out. Two beach chairs, beach towels, and One wheeled cooler provided. The shower has good pressure but can be touchy. Toiletries wall mounted and generic, so the ladies bought their own across the street at the farmacia. Nicely appointed kitchen. Again, no frills but ready for 4 to dine. Wonderful access to beach and pools.

Great Value … Great Location

Maria was such a friendly and responsive host. The location cannot be beat if you plan to stay in San Juan. The beach is great and the pool is at your door step as well. It’s 5 min from the airport and $7 Uber to old San Juan. The unit does show its age a little bit but is very clean. A couple of things I would change: * Have 2-3 beach chairs you can carry to the pool and/or beach. There are a few chairs at the pool but they are chained to the fence * Explain in advance how to use the FOB key to access the pool and/or beach Some must do activities while in San Juan: * Day trip to Culebra island * Day trip to El Yunque rain forest to swim in the nature made water falls and slides … use Bespoke company which can be found on Vrbo * Visit Old San Juan; the art stores, restaurants, and El Morro the 15th century Spanish fort There are a few good resteraunt walking distance: Platos, Mi Casita, Lupias, and Chilies … yes you heard right, it has a mix of typical mainland and Puerto Rican plates The staff at the condo buildings are friendly and we loved being able to do laundry right in the unit

Great location and awesome host

Everything about this property was great and as described. Clean interiors, sheets, towels and a well stocked kitchen. We planned on staying in Isla Verde area this time in PR. It is right on the beach, has couple swimming pools and also at great location for food/groceries/CVS etc. Property manager is very responsive and was great help. We will visit again!
