We loved our time at this property. Beautiful views, lovely pools, close to so much and walkable to restaurants, ice cream, bakery. Plenty of space for our whole family. The huge porch with marina and ocean view was our favorite part. Note that if you are a cook, the kitchen supplies are fairly basic/minimal, but overall a great place to stay and we were sad to leave.

The complex is great, pools were a hit, the hot tub is no longer a hot tub though. Neighborhood is very convenient to many locations, with restaurants that were great within walking distance. The view is gorgeous but the main storm shutter did not open for us so I hope that gets fixed. The house is great with beds and the bathrooms were very clean. However, lacks some comforts like outlets near beds to plug the phones in at night, mixing bowls, and a dresser or side table in the bedrooms so you don’t have to live out of the suitcase on the floor. Overall, great apartment, easy to get to places, security is nice.

We had a great stay at this spacious condo, even with eight people, we never once felt crowded or cramped. The layout is open, the rooms are generous, and the large kitchen made it easy for everyone to move around comfortably. The location was also a huge advantage; we loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and exploring this side of the island. It was an easy drive to the bioluminescent bay kayaking, Seven Seas Beach, and the rainforest, which made it a really convenient home base for our activities.The unit itself is starting to show a bit of wear and tear, nothing major, but noticeable in places. The kitchen is big and functional, and it had the basics covered, but we planned to do a bit of cooking and found there were no mixing bowls or baking dishes, and only five forks. Similarly, there were no hand towels in the bathrooms, washcloths were in their place, but my family uses wash clothes for washing so we used kitchen towels as hand towels. Not the end of the world but required creativity for a solution.The only real inconvenience was the limited supply of toilet paper, 4 rolls for a group of eight staying five days, was not adequate and required us to go out and purchase more.Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, roomy, and in a fantastic central location. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Apartment for Family

The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family of five. The balcony had a view of the sea and was nicely furnished for spending time out there. The owners were very thoughtful in providing games, beach towels, and even a cooler for days at the beach. The owners were very responsive (even when our delayed flight forced us to contact them at night) and friendly. We didn't know the name of the complex (Pena Mar) so that was a bit confusing; otherwise, it was smooth sailing!

Great condo nice complex friendly staff

We've have stayed at this resort before and really enjoyed it so we decided to come back. Hector was very responsive to our questions. Everything was perfect during our stay. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the pools are super clean. Great views from the balcony and close to the market for groceries. Would stay again at this wonderful resort!

Beautiful property in a nice area

The rental was very clean and the property grounds and pools were clean and well kept. The rental is in close proximity (5-8 minute drive) to the beach, and also close to a bakery, restaurants, and market. Hector was very responsive to messages and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed in this place.

I would not recommend this place. It was dirty and Many broken things like shower, blinds in one building. We were only given one set of keys for 4 adults. Yet we were expected on using one key to get in and out the gate.we all went on different excursions making this difficult to get out the gate. I was charged 100 for breaking 1 pool rule. Drinks not within 2 feet of pool. The security were rude with an attitude. The hot tub wasn’t working.

Great Place

Hector is a fabulous host. He responded quickly to any questions. The property is close to Seven Seas Beach, El Yunque, and the ferry out to Culebra. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Awesome!

This property was amazing. Great location. Loved drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sun come up over the ocean. Close to El Yungue, Luquillo and catching a boat to the islands. We would definitely stay here again!
