The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

I wanted a relaxing break, close to the sea and this property delivered this and more. Watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, with the sound of the waves on the beach, was perfect. I loved walking along the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Luis provided everything I needed, including beach chairs and towels and was very responsive with any questions I had. Fantastic place in Luquillo

Location is perfect. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. Watching surfers in the morning and drinking coffee could be the most perfect way to start your day. Luis is a great host and just the best at communication. Walking to restaurants and living in the community for a week was just a perfect vacation. Highly recommended!
