Just a five-minute walk to the famous Luquillo Kiosk restaurants, you can savor amazing local flavors or unwind at a hidden beachfront bar just steps away. Explore PR’s rare Bioluminescent Bay, take a dip at El Hippie Waterfall, and dive into endless adventures. We live on the island and are here for you!

Includes a spacious parking area. The entire home is enclosed with walls and gates, so you’ll feel completely safe and secure. The beach stretches for miles on either side of this property but directly in front of the property sand levels vary throughout the year, especially from October to March. During high tide or strong swells, the sand may be submerged underwater ONLY in the front. Please keep this in mind when planning your beach activities. But the beach stretches on both sides for miles with many activities available.

This was a spacious home with a lot of bedroom and bathroom space. The pool and hot tub were very nice. There is no real beach access at the home but it does have a great view of the water. Beach access is just a 5 min walk up the street. Great location, near a lot of restaurants and activities. Main down side is the small kitchen. It was well furnished but not much meal prep space for our group of 12.

The location was breathtaking, and the house was very clean and comfortable for our multi generational family vacation. The outdoor amenities with the pavilion, pool and hot tub were a perfect place for gatherings at the start and end of each day. This was a very memorable visit, highly recommend.

The host was very accommodating and quickly responsive to any of our questions. The view and outdoor space was amazing. This is where we spent most of our time. You must walk down the street either direction to access the beach. Plenty of space for 12 of us. Each bedroom had its own AC mini splits . Conveniently located and walkable to coffee shop, kiosks, anf close to El Yunque.

Nothing could begin to describe this paradise property. The house is immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. Every bedroom has an ensuite bath (except two bedrooms that share one bath), individual temperature controls, and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are large with high-end and plentiful products (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). Hand soap, bath towels, and beach towels provided. One bedroom is separate (has its own outside door) with two queen beds in separate private spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and amenities one could imagine, including a toaster, waffle maker and standalone ice maker. The kitchen, spacious dining areas, and living room are open-plan with comfortable table and chair space (including a bistro 2-top) that easily could accommodate more than a dozen people. Huge flat-screen TV with cable. Good internet. Comfy wraparound sofa and chair in the living area. Many games and books (we played Settlers of Catan). Beautiful white sparkly engineered quartz countertops (think Silestone). Two pass-through counters from the kitchen to the dining areas (buffet, anyone?). Deep freezer plus the large refrigerator's freezers. Bug zapper. Two entrances from the outside, one leading directly to the large, covered, well-appointed veranda. Large, well-maintained pool and hot tub. Laundry with 3 washer-dryers (housekeeping shares). Gated and directly on the ocean. Plentiful parking inside the gate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were perfect for our family and friends. Most of the rooms had private bathrooms. The location is very nice and worked well for all we wanted to do, which was deep sea fishing, rented a catamaran for snorkeling, El Yunque, Punta Tuna lighthouse, beautiful coastal drive, El Morro, Old San Juan and fun to go to Plaza Las Americas, A mall that reminds you how fun they used to be when all the stores were still open. Was not empty but full of life. Tip on food after much searching our best empanadas came from the stand on the corner. Extremely reasonable too! Loved the Luquillo bakery and visited some of the kiosks. Beaches were beautiful! And we all enjoyed the layout of the property with the pool and hot tub.

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, fully stocked inside. Four bedrooms had their own bathrooms, making it really convenient for our group of twelve adults. Plenty of secure parking for our three cars, with room for more. Pool was clean and maintained twice a week. Less than ten minute safe walk to Kioskos and Loquillo Beach. Owners were responsive to questions, and made sure we were happy.Two Weber kettle grills made it really easy to prepare red snapper for the entire group.Plenty of lounge chairs outside to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and visiting iguanas!
