Nearly perfect

Property was as advertised and property manager was easy to work with. Only drawback was a balky golf cart that needs to be replaced. Too nice a property to have a barely functioning, old golf cart for tranportation on grounds.

Good, but not great, as one would expect of this kind of property

The dining room and living room furniture is outdated and not up to the quality one would expect of a property of this price range. The master bedroom sheets had stains. The AC in the master bedroom does not work as well as the rest of the property.

beautiful tropical paradise...we loved the backyard with a view to the golf course and the pond with a small deck area to sit and relax...as well as the big back terrace...used the golf cart to get around - beautiful all around!

Second time at St Regis

We had a great vacation at this property. It was our second time going to a condo at the St Regis. This condo is great, resort is beautiful and not overcrowded with fantastic service. The renter is extremely professional and we had a wonderful time.

Nice vacation

We enjoyed the property. Management was thoughtful and timely. We did not have access to the golf cart the first day which was frustrating but they did rent us a replacement cart for the rest of the stay. Bahia itself is a wonderful place and this was a good place to have easy access to the resort. The television in the family room needs to be upgraded as it is dated and is not Wi-Fi / streaming enabled. Welcome package from management was appreciated and nice to have a few essential food items provided. Overall, great place. Would be happy to stay again.

Buyer Beware! Don’t on a golf cart

We recently rented for a second time on this resort. Our first visit was cut short in March of 2020 when everything shut down due to Covid, so we were really excited to go back. Upon arrival we got a call from the property manager stating that there was an issue with the golf cart and it was inoperable. She assured us it would be fixed the next day, Monday. Of course, no golf cart come Monday or Tuesday and when it was finally delivered, it didn’t work. So we went our full stay with no golf cart. We were promised a refund, but never got one. They just ghosted us when we repeatedly called and emailed to follow up. I understand that things happen, but the lack of responsiveness from the property management was terrible and we will never book one of their condos again. The condo itself is fine although there were dust bunnies in all of the corners and it didn’t feel particularly clean. With all the choices at this resort, I’d recommend selecting a different villa and making sure it’s not managed by this property management company. (Apparently I’m not allowed to write their business name for some reason?!)

Most amazing resort

We have been to this resort previously and stayed at the hotel. We loved staying at this condo even more as it was the best of both worlds. We had access to everything the resort had to offer but with the privacy of our own space, kitchen, laundry, etc. Absolutely only fabulous things to say about this listing and this trip.

Perfect Vacation

Just spent 5 perfect days at this beautiful villa. The home is wonderful - spacious, well-appointed, spotless and beautiful. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. Use of the golf cart was key. Loved the welcome groceries that were in the fridge for us. Dealing with the property manager was a dream. They were responsive and helpful and made everything easy. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at home, which was helpful because the restaurant options at the resort are limited and expensive. The grounds are gorgeous. Our kids loved the activities at the Boathouse and the various beaches and pools. Truly wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible vacation at the gorgeous Villa Margarita!

We just returned from a two week stay at the villa and we could not be more pleased! From the moment we booked our trip, the staff at The Marco Polo Collection was attentive and informative and they exceeded our service expectations! The villa itself was beautiful and very spacious with a remarkable patio and all the amenities you would expect and more! The resort property has so much to offer and there are things to do for all ages! We are already planning our return trip next year! Thank you again Judith and Tania for all of your help!

Fantastic Property and Amazing Location

We had a fantastic stay! A few little issues with the AC and golf cart, but beyond that, the apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and in a fantastic location. Highly, highly recommend. Fantastic Property

This is the ideal spot for families with teens. The condo is spacious and comfortable. You get the benefit of your own kitchen and washing machine - but then you have the benefits of a hotel with passes to the Bahia Beach resort.

Fantastic Family Vacation

From start to finish it was almost too easy. We've been to the St Regis several times so knew what to expect. The property was really perfect for us and incredibly beautiful. Well equipped, great location with a huge patio on the ground floor. Just can't say enough positive about our experience.

Great option for Bahia Beach

We have been coming to Bahia Beach and staying at the St. Regis, but we wanted to bring the entire family so we chose to stay in the Villas. This is a great option! We liked that the condo was ground floor so kids could go run around outside. The resort is wonderful, we spent the most time at the St. Regis pool/beach, but we enjoyed the food at the Beach Club. The property lived up to the description. The only issue we encountered involved the golf cart - this caused some stress, but a manager contacted us and solved the issue. All in all, the Villas at St. Regis are a great option if you're coming with a family, and this one lived up to expecatations!

Beautiful property but property management was not helpful

The property is amazing and just as described. But we arrived at the property and no one was available to let us in. We waited for an hour and a cleaning person finally let us in. Then when we tried to reach them regarding some questions, they never responded. Other than that, the place was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again, and be much more careful about planning around the management company.
