The room was clean just a few crumbs and soap dried in the shower from previous guests. Otherwise room was in perfect condition no complaints. My only complaint I do have is the playscape, waterslides, and hot tub were shut down. Only the wave pool and the kiddie pool area were available

The staff was amazing and the room was extremely clean. We were kinda bummed out at first because a big portion of the waterpark was closed due to a window being unstable. What was still open was awesome and the activities for the kids were also great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The manager did offer us a chance to come back and check out the park again in the next few months and we took advantage of the opportunity and can’t wait to return! The atmosphere and activities definitely worth the price tag. They have a craft room for the kids, an “Aquarium “ that’s virtual that brings your colored pages to life and dance parties! They also had a live steel drum band that preformed in house and the food was good and affordable! We ate cheese pizza both nights for dinner and the ice cream did not disappoint! The breakfast buffet was also a great option! Thanks again for the fun filled weekend!

Half the water park was broken. They did nothing to re-compensate the people who paid to get in and you can’t cancel once you get there. The pools that were open were then overcrowded because over half the waterpark is broke. They were adult adults and large children and the baby/toddler pool coming down the slides on top of them. The lifeguards worked hard to make sure people took turns and keep people safe, but when half the water parks down, everybody has to go somewhere

They had 3 of the indoor water parks attractions down and didn’t offer any kind of compensation or discount because of this.

The large water slides and hot tub were out of service. I came with 2 older kids so it would have been nice if the slides weren’t down. Everything else is more for the littles. They did take some off the price for the inconvenience.

Bed was not comfortable. Not 1 USB port in the whole room worked (and there were 6 of them LOL) we called the front desk about it bc we were unable to charge our phones and not 1 person we talked to or they sent up was capable of fixing nor provide a solution. So they just basically said too bad so sad and left us without charging ability. The water park was mostly fun, but we also had an incident w the outside hot tub where a 6’+ large employee made our 7 year old cry over playing in the snow…. It was our fault but an innocent mistake that was handled outrageously, could definitely been handled differently.
