The bathroom was not cleaned. There was fecal matter around the base of the tub. There was a spider in a web behind the bathroom door. The tub was stained and gross with no drain. The bottom of the bathroom door was smashed out so you could see into the main room. Plus, the parking lot was noisy all night long with workmen and trucks talking loudly and bumping and banging around. A Mexican speaking man was in the hallway in his underwear. That was creepy and disturbing! Probably won't be rushing back there again. Staff was fabulous! Breakfast Lady was so sweet and helpful.

To begin, I did not pay attention the the fact that I booked a double twin beds. Upon arrival I asked if I could upgrade to 2 queens, and was told they don’t have queen beds. I asked if I could get a king bed and a pull out couch and was told they do not have pullout couches. Super disappointed. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to ask for an extension cord to be able to use the blow dryers and hair tools. I was told that maintenance would fix it on day 1. That never happened. Stayed a total of 3 nights. Great pricing but will not be back.

The outside of the hotel was nice until I had to walk through the front door when I was hit with a huge wave of marijuana smoke and the entire lobby reaked of marijuana. Got checked in the room was on the 1st floor, definitely not any where close to having any sort of sound proofing heard traffic, everyone stomping above you, and talking outsode. The only reason i gave 2 stars was the pool and hot tub area was nice. Their breakfast was a joke didnt even have half of the stuff. Overall for the price next time i will stay in downtown Milan because this was not a good stay.

I couldn’t get the tv to work. The lighting was poor. The room was clean. I was put in an annexed part of the hotel where obviously workmen were living. They left their doors open. I didn’t feel totally safe. I would not stay there again.

The online information led me to believe there were hot foods, like meat, eggs and potatoes. You could make your own waffles or oatmeal. But other than that, there was cereal, Yogurt, mandarins, juice and coffee. Disappointing!

The stay overall was good. It is a short 15 min drive to stay from Cedar Point. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. However I noticed the day before we left that the shower above our room was leaking and I was right when I noticed the morning we were leaving there was a giant water stain on the ceiling. When I told the front desk about it she said ok. Not I’m sorry, not we can do better. We felt like maybe if you would clean daily you would notice it. Please note that any stays over 3 days they will not clean the room. Maybe they will now after this. The breakfast was free but basic. Eggs, waffles, cereal, whole milk, yogurt.

Get what you pay for

The room was ok. Beds were very comfortable, ac worked well, tv was small, bathroom needs a deep cleaning. There is no elevator which was inconvenient. The pool needs compliant tiles, i almost fell because it was so slippery. The breakfast was bad. Only waffles. Also, the doors dont close so well so getting woke up because of people slamming doors was an all night thing.

This hotel had a uhaul on site, not mentioned in description. There was only 1 ADA room in each building, traveling party request for 2 but would have been opposite ends of buildings. Outside door and corridor door no locks. Ice machine not working, washer and dryer not working, fridge not on took time to cool down. Breakfast was 2 cold cereals choices, instant oat meal, waffle, a couple yogurts (nothing diabetic friendly). At check in gave a different card to put room on and it was not used, never offered card on hold with expedia not late check in (8:30).

They may as well change their name to LOW Quality Inn. The lobby was surprisingly beautiful, but make it past the front desk and you'll begin to see the actual state of this hotel. Everything is outdated, badly maintained, and dirty. The room floor was absolutely filthy. Black curly pubic hair on the sink behind the faucet, squeaky bedframe. TV was inoperable. We tried the pool and hot tub, which were even more horribly maintained than the rooms.. the ice machines looked disgusting and the breakfast had very little options and expired coffee creamer. I couldn't wait to leave this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone with any standards of cleanliness. **The ONLY saving grace was the quickness to which the maintance guy responded to fixing the TV situation in the late night hours in which we had checked in.
