The rooms are clean enough but it is clear to see that all facilities need some TLC. Small minor cosmetic issues. However, we also did not have a light bulb in one of the fixtures.

This hotel is older, but perfectly fine!! It has an awesome lakefront patio and pool. The place is reasonably priced, clean, and safe. And they have a decent breakfast included .

This place smelled horrible (like animal urine) as soon as you walked in the door to the building. We got to our room and there were burns all over the tables, boogers on the wall. The bathroom floors were not mopped and you could see the dirt on the floors, the tub had mold around the seals. The pool was cloudy. The only thing this place has in a view if you go outside. Pictures on this are very deceiving. I would recommend going down the street somewhere else.

No window blinds or curtains, whirlpool tub was filthy dirty with mold and mildew all over it. Hotel clerk was rude and inconsiderate, very unprofessional. Offered us another room for same price miles away from location, mind you we were staying there for the lake view and whirlpool tub for 2. Other location was miles from lake, so what exactly was we paying for? I would recommend that no one stays here!

The hotel was nice enough, the room was clean but the bathroom and jacuzzi were not very clean. The breakfast was good. The pool and patio were clean and welcoming. The wifi didnt work and the tv was hit or miss on if it would work. Staff was friendly.

Wasn't a fan of this hotel. I will never stay there again. Very run down. The carpet in the hallway was wet. Spelled smelled musty and mildewish very outdated. Wi-Fi did not work either. I was very disappointed with that. Went to the front desk and you have to call a number because there's never anybody at the front desk

Thankful that we just stayed one night! Passing through Port Clinton on a Friday night for 180.00! The property needs some serious updating. Our “non-smoking” room smelled of old cigarettes, bathtub had significant visible mold and our carpeting was damp.

Love and dislike at the same time.

The coffee is amazing, it's part of the reason we went back. The view from the deck by the lake and the pool is beautiful. The shower in our room drained so slow as did the bathroom sink. Things to know- They are listed as cash accepted on the listing but they do not accept cash on premises. There is also a $100 refundable incidental fee that was not included in what we paid last year. Overall we like the place but there are some things that could be fixed and updated.
