The staff was very nice and helpful upon our arrival. Lobby, room, and pool area were clean. Hot tub is very small, but it was not busy when we went so it wasn't a problem. Location is great and close to many restaurants and stores. Daily breakfast offerings are free and a nice variety is provided. Would stay again 😊

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Yum! Hot tub was lovely and very warm and relaxing. Pool was warm enough to be able to get used to easily. Not cold at all. Considering where it is it was very quiet and peaceful. Best hotel stay in ages!

Very disappointing breakfast. The only hot option was waffles, and there was a long line to make them. The bed was extremely high and hard for my husband (who uses a wheelchair) to get into. There was a nice hot tub and a pool (as advertised). However, there was nothing to use to plug the bathtub and the water for the bath was not hot.

Room was uncleaned/dirty (blood on the sheets) and the front desk help was horrible and rude. Said we have been busy and sorry and that was it. The pool is dedicated as a spacious pool. It’s a little bigger than a king sized bed. My room was near the back door which I was told to use, but the door did not open with a key. There were stains (looked like someone stepped in poop/mud and it was through the halls)
