Amazing location, great backyard, and super pet friendly. Unfortunately our first night/second morning there was no hot water and it was a result of the water heater being unplugged. The property manager was responsive however this was a less than ideal situation as I’m recovering from a surgery and needed to clean my wound with hot water.

Lovely home in a great location
We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.
