This special garden oasis in Pleasure Point will be sure to impress. It has a beautifully landscaped private fenced-in yard with a patio, deck, propane barbecue, spacious hot tub and outdoor shower.

The interior of this one-story home contains quality furnishings and many artistic touches.

The spacious master bedroom suite has a California king-sized bed that looks onto the patio through beautiful french doors framed by a rose arbor. The master bathroom includes a roomy soaking tub, large custom tiled shower with bench, double vanity sink and a separate toilet room. There is also a large walk-in closet.

The kitchen features all stainless modern appliances, and a full complement of cookware and accessories. The dining table seats up to 8.

The living room has a 50' TV with Roku access to your Netflix or Hulu account to watch shows and movies.

There is a double bed in the second bedroom and 2 twins in the third bedroom. The twins are easily converted into a king, if requested. The second bathroom has a tub and shower.

The yard is nicely landscaped and surrounded by mature trees. This gives the oasis plenty of privacy. You will walk through the gate and feel right at home.

It's a short, leisurely walk to East Cliff Drive and stairs to a sheltered beach and prime surfing spot.

Off-street parking in the driveway can accommodate up to three cars, including a Level 2 EV charging station for your electric car.

We welcome your dog companion(s), but ask that you let us know in advance. We charge a $50 fee per dog.

We stay at Pleasure Point Oasis every year. It is a lovely house with a spacious fenced in yard, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Great communication with the host. House is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, linens, family games, beach toys and more. Set up with a Roku Tv to login to all your streaming apps to enjoy during your stay. We will be back next year!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway for the Whole Family (Pups Included!)We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the sand and ocean, and close enough to shops and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and private.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone, including our dogs, who loved the fenced yard and nearby beach walks. The outdoor space was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening hangouts.It truly felt like a home away from home, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. We’d definitely love to come back!Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, pet-friendly beach escape.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this was a very nice family-friendly home. It was close to everything; the only issues were the noise from the construction next door which posed challenges for our baby taking daytime naps and a couple bug incidents. Otherwise, very clean; the split sleeping quarters worked perfectly for us. Weather was too cold at night to use the hot tub, but it appeared to be in working condition. Everything was fairly easy to use. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Mother's Day Weekend

This property was perfect for our quick Mother's Day weekend getaway. It was exactly as described. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, corner market. Couple blocks from the beach. The yard was fully enclosed, perfect for our pup!Hot tub was an added bonus! We loved that the house was 1 level perfect for bringing our elder parent. Beach town oasis

We loved our time at this property! We felt like we got to experience “living like locals” in this charming home on a great street- and within walking distance to all of our favorite Capitola sights, eats and shopping. One of the best!!!

Our family has been renting homes in the E. Cliff/Pleasure Point neighborhood for more than two decades and I have to say that the Pleasure Point Oasis is one of the best homes that we have stayed in! Short walking distance to be able to start each morning with a wonderful coffee (Cat & Cloud) and end each evening with delicious dessert (The Penny Ice Cream) - not to mention the twice daily Beach walks/playing with the Dogs. The fully fenced yard (which is beautifully landscaped) made us feel secluded from the outside world - like we were on our own private Oasis. We can't wait to come back.

Best vacation house in Pleasure Point

We love Pleasure Point Oasis! The house is spacious and comfortable. Always very clean upon arrival. Well stocked with everything you need. The new patio furniture is lovely! Also- the Roku setup is cool, you can login to your streaming apps and it will remove your info upon checkout. We have stayed at this house many times and plan to stay many more. Owners are responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Always a pleasure at the Oasis!

Perfect Location in Pleasure Point

The yard was beautiful, and our whole family loved the location. Walking distance to everything — especially loved being able to get to 41st Ave easily to the beach and Cat & Cloud cafe. At the moment there is construction next door that starts at 8am. Stops from noon - 1pm then resumes demo 1-5pm. We would go back. Quiet and spacious.

Lovely Home and Garden

My wife and I came from Lodi to visit our son and grandkids for a week. Paradise Point Oasis is spacious enough for us to host a family gathering with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and the table seats eight. we cooked out doors on the gas grill two nights. It’s an easy 4 block walk to the ocean. Restaurants and shopping are four blocks in the other direction.

Always a lovely stay at the Oasis

We stay at this property every year, and it never gets old. It is in a great location- close to the beach, shops, restaurants, short drive to Boardwalk and Capitola. The house is always very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager is seamless. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Very nice property. We’ll stocked. Lovely yard. Roku in master bedroom did not work. Shower in small bath did not work. Carpets in small bedrooms needs cleaning. Odor. I sprayed with Lysol and it helped. Would definitely come back.

Chill Getaway

We had the best time on 37th! My partner's work meant that we really couldn't take a full vacay, but the place had strong wifi so he could zoom in the mornings, while I ran to Santa Cruz and Capitola and then brought us Cat and Cloud coffee. My son and I walked to the beach everyday, saying hi to the local pig. We went to the boardwalk, Capitola beach a lot, and Privates beach. Wetsuit made that better for a 6 year old. Friends joined us for one night and the bedroom layout was perfect for an additional parent and two kids. Amenities we adored: hot tub, sunny private deck, awesome primary bed (soooo comfortable) and bathroom, solid rental kitchen, non-Tesla EV charging. TRULY AWESOME layout for a family vacation. The way the parent bedroom separates from kids allows for quality downtime after kids go to bed. Recommend that the property manager adds AA and AAA batteries for remotes that are running low.

Wonderful house for two families

Our stay at the Pleasure Point Oasis was one of the best rental stays in a long time, the house was well maintained, easy to access and check-in and most importantly well stocked in kitchen, bath and bed essentials. The kids loved the availability of plenty of board games, outdoor toys and the nice backyard space. We appreciated the spacious rooms, clean kitchen and bath and the relaxing hot tub outside! The home was an easy walk away from the Pleasure point lookout area on Cliff Dr and a short drive away from wonderful beaches in the Santa Cruz area. One small hiccup with the water heater was also immediately resolved by the owners and didn't hamper our stay. Would definitely consider staying again here for future visits to the area!

A Real Gem

We had a wonderful week staying this Santa Cruz location. The home was well furnished, very clean with a beautiful garden. The location couldn’t have been any better. It was a short 8 block walk to the beach and ten minute bike ride to downtown Capitola. Restaurants and coffee shops were right around the corner and Hwy 1 was just a couple of miles down the road. We enjoyed our visit so much we are trying to get a reservation for next year.
