Charming character with a nice yard, deck. Beautiful neighbourhood 3 blocks from river trails. You'll find all the amenities of home, Nespresso coffee, 2 Smart T.V's with Cable and WiFi. Laundry. We are set up for singles, couples, families, and business travellers. You can walk to everything in minutes cafe, D'Lish, just out your doorstep. Walking distance to Broadway, cafes, pubs, restaurants, University, Hospital and downtown.
My house is wonderfully located. The River, Broadway, UofS, Downtown are within walking distance. As are a wide selection of Restaurants, Pubs and other amenities. Large windows provide lots of natural light. It has wood flooring throughout the main floor except for, Kitchen and bathroom. Main floor 2 bedrooms with high-end Queen Mattresses and linens, .shower room with clawfoot, open-plan sitting room and dining, kitchen area. and office. Basement has 2 bedrooms with high-end queen mattresses and large windows,, kitchenette, living room with smart tv, bathroom with shower, eating area, laundry room. Light, airy & very comfortable. blinds/curtains on all the windows.

We provide fresh coffee and a selection of teas, for your convenience.
