Wonderful stay

Upon our arrival, I was greeted by who I believe are the owners children. They were extremely friendly. Very down to earth and really seemed to want me to enjoy my stay. I’ve been to many other hotels where the Desk people were borderline rude because they just wanted to get me checked in and moved down my way. These two greeted me as soon as I walked through the door with a big smile on their faces They asked me how my trip was and treated me like they’ve known me for quite some time. They also instructed me where the ice machine and other things were at so I wouldn’t have to search. Anyway, they were very friendly. We went to our rooms unloaded our stuff then we went out to get something to eat. When coming back after dinner, I ran into the owner in the parking lot Who is taking care of the parking lot, cleaning it and checking with other guest to see if everything was going well. When we got up in the morning, I saw the owner and his wife cleaning rooms. Then I noticed both of the children were also helping clean rooms. This really impressed me how well their family works together and how pleasant they all were about working together. I guess long story short this family owned business is taken care of the way I would if I owned it. My family was very happy with our rooms and we were very happy with their customer service. We will be back again.

Great location. Free coffee and a vending machine. No breakfast or other food. Bed was acceptable. Buildings and interiors really need updating and some repair. Typical Ma & Pa, not run by Ma & Pa. Friendly and fairly reasonable. I’d stay again.

Staff at front desk are very friendly, room was clean and stocked well with towels. There were three adults traveling, they had a spacious room with 3 full beds and a nice round table and chairs. Perfect for our travel needs

This was our second stay at the motel. It is very reliable for a clean room, quiet environment, friendly staff. The only issue we had was the TV would not play after 11 pm but it was again available in the morning when we got up. Not sure was that was about.

We've stayed 4-5 times at Crestview. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. We stop here the night before we cross into Canada heading to Maine. There are several restaurants to choose from, although they are not within walking distance.
