2 Bedroom Condo. Private Porch With Marsh View. Gated Beach Community

Great villa located in a gated beach community. Seabrook Island is in close proximity to the charming historic city of Charleston. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. One bedroom has bunk beds with full sized bottom and twin top, which can fit two adults or 3 children comfortably. Master bedroom overlooks the marsh with queen bed and private bath. Living room has queen size fold out couch. Villa has private screened porch with view of the marsh. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa has a private pool and the beach is a bike ride or short car ride (1.5mi). There are nature trails and bike trails all over the island. Villa has cable TV in all rooms, a DVD player, plus a washer and dryer. Linens and beach towels and chairs are provided.
*Please note our family manages the condo. Our main home is about 20 minutes away from Seabrook. We stock and oversee the cleaning on most occasions unless we are traveling with our children's sports. If you find something is missing for your stay please send us a message and we will be glad to provide.
We are also not a brand new construction condo. We have made upgrades with furniture, flooring and new paint with regular deep cleaning. We try to keep our condo affordable and are taking our time with major upgrades such as new counter tops so we can provide an affordable rental on a private island for all families to experience. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful space surrounded by nature we are your place. If you are looking for a pristine state of the art villa with all new features there are many options on the island to fit your needs. We would love to host you.

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were worse. There was just a sheet of cheap foam rubber on top of the mattress which made the bed so soft you could not turn over in it without great effort. There were no wash clothes in the linens. The furniture was beat up and worn so the entire experience was very disappointing to say the least. It appears there had not been much attention to upkeep on the entire unit.

The location of the condo was very convenient to Oak Point GC as well as dining and shopping and I was really happy about that which was the reason for my trip. The condo was just ok for me. It was nice and roomy but as an OCD person that i am, I felt it needed some dusting, the towels smelled clean but were stained and rough. The TV in bedroom had no cable and I felt unsafe with patio door in bedroom as the lock was broken. The sofas can use some cleaning as well. Other than that it was just ok for me and definitely convenient to places in Seabrook which is a very beautiful place.

Sunshine, Beach and Ocean Vacation

There is so much to do! From swimming pool, hanging out on back deck, hanging out in roomy condo, recreation all over or at the beach hitting the waves. We had an amazing time exploring the coast line, seeing the dolphins. Honestly to much to list.

Longbend Road for Christmas

Jason & Charlotte were wonderful they let us arrive early & leave late. Always got back to us right away. Their condo was beautiful and comfortable, cozy and very spacious. Only complaint I have is the closet where the air-conditioner/heater was extremely dusty & dirty. bedroom where I was sleeping was right next to the open closet. We had to leave all windows open to breathe. This needs a deep cleaning.

Nice place

Really great area. We visited in a colder month so not alot of outdoor things happening. If we decided to visit during the warmer months we would try to stay here. It was clean, pleanty of room and the beds were comfortable.

We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's.
