758 Spinnaker "Sunnyside Up"

This great Spinnaker is in a fabulous location - very close to Pelican Beach, the Beach Club pools, Island House, and golf. An easy and relaxing decor makes it the perfect home for a casual beach vacation. 758 Spinnaker has a large living/dining room with windows affording a wonderful view of the 18th fairway of the Crooked Oaks golf course. The living/dining area has cathedral ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows, a large HDTV and wifi for your computer. One couch is a sleeper Queen sofa bed. Watch the golfers tee shots hit the fairway from the small screened in porch off the dining and living area! The dining area offers seating for 6. The kitchen is roomy allowing multiple chefs to work at the same time. There is a table that seats 4 perfect for breakfast and lunch dining. Sliding doors lead to a large deck with a table for six and lounge chairs. Catch up with your reading while tanning, or enjoy afternoon drinks under the setting sun.

The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, vanity, sliding doors to the deck, and an adjoining full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full size bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus another TV. Enjoy all new bedding, linens and towels (bring your own beach towels).

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Great location

The condo has a nice golf course view ( of #18). It’s a short walk to the Seabrook Club, pools, and beach, but we rented a LSV ( fancy golfcart) to get around the island. The condo also overlooks a lagoon, so we were lucky enough to see some cool wildlife from the screened in porch and deck on a daily basis including baby gators, large turtles, and several species of birds. The property was very clean and has a nice open layout. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Great Spot at Seabrook!

We have been longtime fans of Seabrook Island and come back every year for a vacation! This rental was definitely in an ideal location near the Pelican's Nest for those looking to use the pool and eat by the water. We also love the included amenity card, which allows us to use both of those things. The property is an end unit, two story townhouse that requires the ability to go up and down stairs. It looks exactly as pictured on the inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas grill on the patio and they provide stuff for cleaning up after yourselves. Biggest note--come prepared with all of your seasonings and baggies when you stay! Beds are *firm* and there are quite an abundance of pillows available. The wifi was great and the hosts made the check-in/check-out process easy. You will need to contact Seabrook directly for the use of an amenity pass. Overall, the stay was great! We'll definitely be back to Seabrook Island again.

Decent condo, good location

Location is great - only about a 5 minute walk to beach or 10 minute walk to beach club/restaurant. Condo is spacious - nice to have 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Overall clean and comfortable, but a couple improvements could be made. 1. the condo needs all new pillows for the beds - the pillows are all easily 20 years old and about one inch thick. 2. the shower does not drain properly so the tub fills up while you are showering. 3. there are odd little notes around the condo that should probably just be fixed as maintenance issues (i.e. don't open this window, don't open this window either, don't adjust the fan...)

We loved our first visit to Seabrook Island. The location of the condo was Perfect! Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Everything was in working order. Fall Break

Property was as described on listing. Kitchen is outdated but well stocked. The natural lighting and view is fantastic! The kids loved seeing alligators, deer, turtles and birds right out the window. The screened porch is small but a nice place to enjoy the view and eat lunch. Large tv with lots of viewing options, although we were outside most of the time. The beach access is not far. Beach club is also nearby. Other than the club dining all other restaurants are at least 10 minutes away. That was fine with us but just be prepared. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was not a busy time of year and we nearly had the beach to ourselves. Some of the property has been updated but it still has things that need maintained. The property itself isn’t anything great but we came for the beach and experience and that was amazing!

758 Spinnaker - Incredible wildlife views

We loved this condo , especially the views out the huge window of the golf course and lagoon. Always great views of Alligators swimming around the lagoon which was cool. Also plenty of turtles, blue herons, Egrets, and deer. Just a walk across the street and the beach (pier 9) is right there. Also a short walk (maybe 1/4 mile) to the club with the fantastic pool. Condo was clean and well stocked with amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

This beach house was exactly what my family needed! My children had plenty of room to spread out between the two bedrooms upstairs. We loved the big master bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we loved watching for the alligators to swim by in the lagoon below. We so appreciated being able to have our elderly dog travel with us. As far as location, Beach Walk #9 is just outside of the Spinnaker complex and is the best sunset-watching beach. Also don't miss seeing dolphins swim toward the river inlet in the mornings! This beach house was fully equipped with everything you would ever need to cook a full meal - or even grill. We appreciated that! The one thing that was disappointing was that we had hoped to spend time on the screened porch. We knew from the listing that it would be small but we didn't realize that, with the chairs that are there, the view of the golf course would be completely blocked by the solid wood railing of the porch. We ended up never sitting out there - plus it is really dark at night due to lights out for sea turtles - so that was a little disappointing. Not a reason not to choose this house - just don't count on it being a fabulous porch because it is not. As for communication with the property managers - it was great and we knew just what to do for check-in and check-out. We would absolutely rent this house again! Thank you so much!
