Extensively updated! Spectacular 1st floor ( no stairs!) villa with golf course views. Light and bright with an open floor plan, custom kitchen with leathered marble counters and large island for entertaining, wet bar, All linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. Just bring your beach towels!
We have a guest of owner card giving you FREE access to pools and workout facilities at the LAKEHOUSE!

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the SEABROOK ISLAND BEACH CLUB may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($300week or $50day) (For entire villa occupants.) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

Incredible condo in quiet golf course complex

We loved everything about this condo! The condo is spacious and has everything we needed. Very comfortable and well-furnished. Even includes a ground-level patio that overlooks the golf course. Seabrook is a quiet, peaceful island with lots of beautiful homes and wildlife. We loved using our (rented) bikes to get around. Beach access is fairly close. Lakehouse pool was our favorite. Will certainly be back next summer!

Great Getaway

Great place!

We came down to SC for a golf tournament and were very fortunate to find this space on the course I was playing. Very happy with the experience and the owner went out of her way to answer questions and make us comfortable. The town home surpassed our expectations - clean / roomy enough for 2-4 people / modern feel yet warm with a family vibe. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone heading to the low country for vacation!

Beautiful Island Getaway

This property was just perfect for our family of four. It is exactly as described in the description. Beautifully decorated, very clean, perfect location and so much more. Property was clean and big enough for two people. All necessary items for a month long stay were there. A large table on the patio would be nice for having a meal outside especially for longer stays. Betsy was very responsive to all our requests. The use of the guest amenity card was also nice to have. We as golfers did not use the islands golf course as they were pricey. Overall if you want to go to the Beach and stay in the gated community is the place to go. Getting out of the islands is time consuming.

Greatest Weekend Ever!!

My teenage daughters and I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday. This place was the perfect weekend getaway. It was pristinely clean, the perfect location, great view of the golf course, and super cute inside. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. We rented bikes, (the bike rental company delivered the bikes and picked them up) and we rode all over the island. The beach is super close. The Lakehouse pool (included in our stay) was very clean and fun. The gym was very nice too. Betsy was amazing!!! She answered our questions promptly. She is very sweet and kind and cares about your stay. We will definitely be back!!! Such a nice slice of paradise.

Seabrook

We just love Seabrook. The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back.

Perfect week

The property was upgraded and it shows. Kitchen and bathrooms look new. Beds we’re comfortable and not having to worry about linens and towels was a HUGE advantage as well. Check in and check out were a breeze. Great location with a short drive to the beach as well. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect place for a perfect week at the beach!

We loved our time at Seabrook and especially our stay at High Hammock Villas. The condo is just the right size and the kitchen has everything we needed for eating in. We enjoyed watching the deer graze on the golf course while we drank our morning coffee and the squirrels even put on a show for us scampering up and down the trees chasing one
