This cozy beachfront villa is carpeted and well-appointed with high quality, coastal themed furnishings and a 40" flat screen smart TV. The sofa is not a sleeper. The well-equipped kitchen features new, modern appliances and is well-stocked with all you need for your vacation with a laundry center in the pantry for your convenience.

The master suite is handsomely furnished with a traditional, queen rice 4 poster bed, 32" smart TV and a desk and printer in the alcove with quality WiFi should you need to stay connected. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, plus there is a second full bath with a stall shower located in the hallway.

The living room slider door to the outdoor deck has been upgraded with built-in blinds for privacy and shade on hot sunny days. The deck features a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and tranquil water views!

Pelican Watch rentals boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Pelican Watch Villas are oceanfront on Seabrook Island.

Pet Policy: No pets permitted at this residence.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2.Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
