"This adorable Bohicket Marina villa is an excellent choice for a one bedroom waterfront retreat on Seabrook Island. Guests of 1938 Bohicket Marina enjoy access to the Seabrook Island Club and Lake House, a seasonal community pool, a quaint market for shopping, dining or fishing charters and tranquil views of Bohicket Creek and the marina.

1938 Bohicket Marina is so comfortable and well appointed, it feels like a true home away from home. Enjoy upscale living area furnishings, a large flat screen SMART TV for streaming your favorite shows, a fully renovated kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinets and modern stainless steel appliances, and a dining area to share delicious Lowcountry favorites.

The spacious guest bedroom is freshly updated with wood flooring, plantation shutters, upscale furnishings, a flat screen TV and a high quality king mattress and bedding for a restful night. The master bathroom features a double vanity and large tile shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional two guests and a second full bath with a stall shower in the hallway. The stacked laundry center is off the hallway near the 2nd bath.
Sliding glass doors lead from your villa to a covered patio with tranquil views of Bohicket Creek, the marina and a huge, majestic live oak tree. The community pool is a very short walk from this villa, and you can walk to the shops and dining at the marina from your villa. This is our only 1 bedroom villa with covered parking.

Bohicket Marina Rentals are in a unique marina community just outside the gates of Seabrook Island. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Amenities

Your stay does not include amenity cards for the Seabrook Island Club.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels on three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Beach Access: Guests have access to the beaches on Seabrook Island. The closest access point is Boardwalk #2 on North Beach, Oyster Catcher Rd. There is no access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: This is our only 1 bedroom villa with covered parking. Car passes are an additional $45 per car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
