This completely renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an expansive sunroom, multiple private decks, and all the comforts of home, just a quick bike ride away from the beach. Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are included with your stay for added luxury and convenience!
Upon entering this spacious cottage, youâll be greeted with a bright and open floor plan. The living area features high-end, luxurious furnishings including a comfortable sofa and accent seating, custom shelving with coastal dĂ©cor, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities for your entertainment. The designated dining area offers seating for four just off the full kitchen. The kitchen offers marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make a meal right from home.
The spacious sunroom offers a conversational sitting area with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with streaming, an additional dining space for six, and a door to the private deck overlooking the 7th hole of the Ocean Winds golf course.
506 Tarpon Pond comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests throughout the 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite boasts a King bed with high-end linens, a TV with streaming capabilities to watch your favorite shows, plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the cottage. The first guest bedroom also offers a King bed and a flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities. The second guest bedroom features two double beds and a TV with streaming, perfect for little ones! A full bathroom is located between the two guest bedrooms with a shower/tub combination. Also in the same hall is a high-end washer/dryer set for your convenience.
On the second level, youâll find a loft with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, and beautiful views through the skylight windows above. For convenience, a full bathroom is also located in the loft with a marble vanity, LED mirror, and spacious walk-in glass shower.
A second private deck is also located at the front of the cottage with comfortable seating, perfect for early morning coffee or sipping a refreshing beverage after a long beach day! Outside on the ground level, youâll find a convenient EV charger for guest use.
Tarpon Pond Cottages are quaint Seabrook beach cottages located off High Hammock Road near the Seabrook Island Club and a short bike ride to the beach. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the islandâs hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!
All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the islandâs Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
