Guest Access:
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.

There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.

There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.

The place was just fine. I would say it was like staying at a Holiday Inn not a Marriott hotel. The closet in the main bedroom wasn’t usable due to storing a lot of odd things in it, you couldn’t get to the closet in the second bedroom due to the bed being in front of it, the pillows were horrible either hard as a rock or flat as a feather. We did go to the pool and hot tub and both looked absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t see the bottom of the hot tub it was so cloudy and the pool was also murky, there was no way I was letting my children in it. It was an ok place, we did feel very safe there and it was a good neighborhood and easily to walk to many popular places. It could use some upgrades like fixing paint chipping off walls and cabinets, dryer barely dries, a/c unit in dining leaks all over the carpet, and a/c in main bedroom makes it hard to get into bed and close the window shade. Also the door in the living room has no curtain which I didn’t like.

Great stay in Seattle

Location was great, close enough to walk to most sights. Place was spotless, had everything we needed in it. The building has a nice indoor pool (we didn’t use) and a well equipped gym (which we did use). Fairly quiet. Had parking which if you have a car you definitely need. Would stay again.

Our Stay after our Cruise to Alaska

We returned from our trip early on Saturday morning and were allowed to check in early which was very convenient for us since we had our luggage with us. The condo is located in a good location close to Pikes Place and the down town area. We liked the security procedures they have which makes it very safe and keeps the unwanted people away.

Simply a place to sleep at night

The location of this property is great. Everything downtown is walkable from here and I felt the security/safety was good. The property manager messaged a lot - easy to get ahold of. Otherwise, it’s an ikea-furnished college kid apartment. The complex is much the same. The dryer doesn’t dry, the window units don’t really cool the apartment, the hot tub and sauna weren’t working. Its bare minimum but not anything more. The dining and markets within the building were awesome and the beds were comfortable! It’s a mixed review for sure. Bottom line: this is a “value” stay, not luxury, super-ameneties or charming.
