Didn’t love it. All the rooms are joined and we had a screaming child next to us. The fridge in the room was so loud it would wake us out of sleep. Had to switch rooms because after 3 maintenance attempts the ac unit wasn’t working. Not going to lie… very irritated about paying $15 (uh it’s now $20) per night for parking. That’s blatantly screwing people. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but I will end on this… every single person working at the hotel was lovely.

Nice location just off 405 highway. However kitchen and bar were closed on Sat evening which was unfortunate. Limited staff as I called down to front desk and housekeeping to attempt to get wine opener but no one picked up. Rooms were very nice

Room for improvement

This is about what you'd expect from a Courtyard. Three things stood out that could use improvement: the living area of our room was huge, cavernous and had undersized furniture that made the place look bare and very Spartan. They were blaring pop music in the lobby, lounge and hallways. They charged us $20 for parking which is the first time I've ever seen this done in any suburban hotel with plenty of parking space.

Seattle weekend

We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic.

I booked this hotel for my in-laws who came to watch their granddaughter play in a soccer tournament. First night they were woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming outside of their room having a fight. Then receptionist tried to tell them breakfast wasnt included in their reservation (it was). It took showing them a screenshot of the reservation to get their food. Breakfast was inedible. Pre-made sandwiches on bread so burned my mother in law said she could not even bite through it and ended up throwing the whole thing away. I dont know what is happening with this property but it seems to get worse with every stay.
