We are conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma for an easy commute to any part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest.


We love interacting with our guests and are available anytime for any needs or questions while also respecting your time and space.

There are restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. within 5 minutes and the freeway is just down the road making this a convenient location to commute anywhere in the Pacific Northwest.

Westfield Southcenter Mall is 2.6miles away and includes AMC movie theater, shops, Round1 (family game & fun center), restaurants and much more!

The home is 1.5 miles from Angle Lake Park - this green space with a lake offers amenities such as:

This home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin bed plus 1 futon sofa bed in upstairs bedroom). There is 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms.

This is a split level house with 1 queen bedroom & full bathroom on the main level.

The primary queen bedroom, twin "kids" room and half bath on the upper level and a game/family room with laundry room and half bathroom on the basement level.

The living room offers a cozy sitting area with Lovesac sectional, games and a smart TV for your family’s enjoyment.

The kitchen has all the essentials and more that you could need to cook up a family dinner. Just off the kitchen is a large dining area that seats 6.

There is a laundry room and "Game Room" are located in the basement which offers lots of area for your family to spread out.

The backyard is has a full privacy fence but without gates. Please monitor your children and pets. The large 6 person hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

We gladly welcome pets with a flat $120 pet fee used for our stellar allergen-free cleaning protocol.


We are conveniently located in SeaTac WA, centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma.

Vehicles:
the house is tucked up off the main road with a nice long driveway to house about 4 vehicles. The freeway is just up the road allowing you to easily commute to Seattle, Tacoma or anywhere else for your visit to the great Pacific Northwest.

Alternative Transportation:
2 blocks from SeaTac stop to the Link Light Rail which has additional stops including:
• Stadium (sport venues) • Pioneer Square (Pike’s Place Market) • University of Washington and many more which makes this a great location for travelers.

Less than a block to 2 bus stops so you have the choice of heading East to the Westfield Southcenter mall or West to the airport, Angle Lake and around SeaTac.

The house is so cozy and inviting. We loved the kitchen space and spent a lot of time playing cards at the table. The bathroom is beautiful. The hot tub was a great treat and felt wonderful after a fun day exploring Seattle. Communication with the owner was so helpful and friendly!!! Great experience!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place was **clean** and **organized**, making us feel right at home. The communication with Kat, our host, was excellent throughout our stay; she was quick to respond to any questions and provided helpful tips about the area.The **hot tub** was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We loved the **cozy living room** with its inviting fireplace, which created a warm atmosphere for our evenings in. There’s also a second living space filled with games, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay.The **kitchen** was impressively stocked with everything we needed, including a variety of **spices** and all the essential tools for cooking. The **dining area** was spacious and comfortable, ideal for enjoying meals together.Despite the weather keeping us from fully enjoying the **beautiful yard** and outdoor seating area, we could still appreciate the charm of the space. The **Traeger grill** and gas stove were great additions, perfect for outdoor cooking when the weather permits.Finally, the **beds** were incredibly comfortable, with quality linens that ensured a good night's sleep. Overall, our experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a cozy and well-appointed getaway. Kat is truly a great host!

Really enjoyed this property! I booked it, and then pretty last minute asked to add a day at the start, and the host obliged. I got there and forgot baby gates, and the host provided. She replied pretty promptly, and was always helpful. My kids and I surprised my wife for her birthday when she flew in from an international trip. We enjoyed how much separation was possible between the three floors. My older kids slept on the bottom floor on the very comfortable couch. They enjoyed getting to stay up later than our 2 year old, that we had sleep on the 3rd floor in a dedicated bedroom. Only downside to that is that the room he was in had a slatted door that allowed most of the noise in, but luckily our older kids were fine down in the 1st floor at baby bedtime. Toilet on each floor meant we didn’t have to fight for toilets. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was roomy enough for 5 moving bodies, shower was excellent. Kids also really enjoyed the grassy backyard. Pretty private setting. Older kids and mommy and daddy enjoyed the hot tub. Toddler enjoyed finding pine cones and grouping them up. There were plenty of dressers for our use, the master bedroom has a huge closet that could’ve easily been where we set up the youngest’s pack’n’play, because it actually had an outlet for his required fan and monitor. The location is literally within 5 minutes of the parking garage at Sea-Tac airport. I’ve run out of room to type, GREAT PLACE! Highly recommend

Relaxing

Perfect weekend with family in Seattle. Needed something convenient to the SeaTac airport that could accommodate my son and family and myself. The house was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and set up thoughtfully to anticipate any need. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. It was nice having the Alexa set up to play music. Also great to be able to wash a load of laundry while traveling and I was able to get a quick workout in. Plenty of room for parking and easy to check in and out and get to airport for my early flight home. Thanks Kat for being available to answer my questions and making everything easy!
