Belltown is a centrally located residential area of downtown Seattle. It is well known for it's multitude of dining options, proximity to tourist attractions and hip, modern feel. You will have everything at your fingertips--Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Space Needle, Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, Amazon, Google and many other major employers. Lake Union and Eliot Bay are within blocks.
If you like cooking your own meals--our kitchen will delight you. It is well stocked with quality dishware and cookware. You will find all necessary utensils and gadgets. Everything we provided is high quality to ensure guest comfort.
If you enjoy eating out--this is a foodie heaven! From Ethan Stowell's "Travolata" to Tom Douglas' "Dahlia Lounge", "Serious Pie" and "Lola." Not only famous chefs cook up a spectacular meal in Belltown. There are small Middle Eastern, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Moroccan and European places all over--just log into Yelp and have fun choosing!
You will have high speed fiber optic internet access, rooftop deck access, parking spot in the underground garage access. Please note--parking entrance is 6'7" high and parking space is 8ft x 15ft best for up to mid size vehicles only.
We live in the city, so if you have any questions--please feel free to reach out to us. For your privacy, we created a seamless self check-in and check-out. Light rail to/from the airport is 7 blocks away (0.6 miles), city-wide transit runs on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Avenues with convenient connections everywhere. Walking is easy and enjoyable. Lyft and Uber are also an option.
For guest comfort, portable AC unit is provided during warm months of mid May-mid September. Please note, that even on the warmest day in Seattle opening a window and turning on floor fan will cool off the unit quickly. We live in a very mild climate, luckily, where AC is not common!
No surprises. The location was perfect and the hosts communicated as soon as I booked and continued to be available throughout the stay (although there was no need for any assistance).
Very updated and clean property. Walking distance to all of the best areas of Seattle. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Parking was a great plus. Building felt safe and secure. Would definitely recommend this property if you are ever visiting downtown Seattle.
Clean place, accommodations were fine. the parking spot was difficult to get into and the key pad box to get into the building did not always work, but that is the building owners fault. Did not reach out to the host because it was not needed.
Location, location, location! The energy and hustle of a big cityâs downtown and everything that comes with it. Was short walk to the main attractions downtown: Pike Place Market, Aquarium, Space Needle, and museums. The place was smartly decorated and bed was comfortable. Great view from rooftop at night. Couldnât get in at first, but host was immediately available to help me out. The parking is very tight, but itâs free! Thatâs a huge plus. Itâs a secure garage and they are serious about keeping the whole building secure.
