Location was great, walking distance from West Lake station which was handy and across the street from Pike Place. The hotel is lovely, clean and the beds are comfortable and soft. The bathroom setup is very unusual, awkward,small and dark. No shelving for toiletries, no vanity mirror, need to stand between the basin and mirror in dark corner to apply makeup or shave. the area was very very noisy and yes they provide ear plugs but even that didn't help.
