Room was so dirty and not at all what I had requested and been assured of. Staff ? Front desk could care less...the shuttle driver that took us to the airport was GREAT...he was so helpful !

Room was filthy...stains on carpet, bathroom floor spotty, found a chain link imbedded in carpet ! Made original reservation requesting accessible room, explained husband uses walker and cannot walk distance so close as possible please...called direct to verify..2nd floor off elevator CLEAR TO THE END OF THE HALLWAY after I had been assured of close to lobby room. I had to help him get there. We had a reservation made to stay on our return home...the first thing we have done is find another hotel, booked, and Red Roof cancelled. Never again.

The room smelled of sewage, surfaces were dirty, phone was sticky with food, carpet not vacuumed, toilet dirty. I was appalled that we paid a premium price for such a filthy hotel. There were several homeless persons hanging out and sleeping in the parking areas. Felt very unsafe. The hotel put us in a cleaner room but was substandard. They also denied that there was a connection with hotel.com and anything in hotel com ad was not from them.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful in obtaining a taxi promptly when mu uber never showed up. Noise from other guests at 12:00 - 1:00 am was quite bothersome & the water in the vending machine charged me 3 times, but never dispensed any water from 3 different slots.

Tired but close to SEA

Tired old hotel with Spartan amenities. On the positive side, it is extremely close to the airport, maybe five minutes away from the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the water is hot, but that’s about all there is to say as far as redeeming features..

The outside was dirty. The staff was not as helpful as they could have been. My mom was using a walker and we had a disability room, yet he didn't think to assist by telling us the room was closer to a different area of the hotel. My mom has to walk the length of the hotel to get to the room.
