The whole building was over powered with air freshner. The smell stuck to my clothes. The pillows were really lumpy. Bed was very firm. Hair was found on the bathroom cady, in the shower & walls. Bloody finger prints were found on the bathroom door jam. The shower drain had buildup from not being cleaned often. I got there late, needed sleep and only stayed 1night. Didn't feel like complaining. It served its purpose for the night.

I enjoyed the stay and the room. However, we were never told about the fee for parking. We are disabled and used the disabled parking space. After we arrived home, we were only paid 66.00 back on our 100. deposit. I called to find out why and they said it was due to parking fees. Crazy I have never been charged for parking, and We were never told about a fee. Is this legal?

The facility was great. My complaints are with the staff, they were not friendly or welcoming at all and when I asked for some clean towels on day 3, I was told if they had time. They never did bring them. I definitely left feeling like I had been underserved.
