We invite you to visit my new 3 bedroom villa "Smiling Cactus" !!!
Close to Famous places like: SisterFields Cafe at Seminyak Village, KuDeTa Beach Club! , Potato Head! close to CoCo Mart supermarket.

This villa is light and spacious, light colors and the use of only natural materials and Timur wood makes the interior of this villa unique. All furniture in the villa is new, all interior and plumbing. The swimming pool here is new builded!

The pool deep has two steps especially for children, as they will enjoy spending time on the swings close to the pool.

The villa is located so that it is always cool in the living room, and the sun shines most of the time in the pool area and on the sun loungers.

Spacios kitchen and everything you need to cook your own meals. All new!

The dining area can freely accommodate from 6 to 8 people.

Living Room also has a large sofa and two chairs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the first floor are connected by a shared bathroom, so these rooms can be considered family rooms too.
The third bedroom on the second floor is completely private with its own bathroom. Also on the second floor there is a rest area before entering the bedroom.

The villa has its own garage for small vehicles.
