Staff was excellent but unfortunately the age of this hotel is starting to show. Needs renovation. There was also a dirty glass left on the table from the previous stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Very disappointed

The Hotel has a few nice areas. Such as the outdoor pool and the lounge area in the lobby. I didn’t go to the restaurant so I don’t know how it is but from looking from the outside it seems to be nice. The indoor pool was dull in lighting and the water was not too clean. The room I had was the very last room, so I had to walk far to my room from the one set of Elevators. A Hotel that big should have more than one entrance to enter the hotel by using a room key and more than one set of elevators that is supposed to be Four in use but only three of them work! My room ceiling also looked droopy and was re plastered in three different spots. The TV volume only goes up to 50, which isn’t loud on their TV’s. I get it about some people might have the TV too loud but that is ridiculous limiting the volume. Also the TV only has a few channels that you can see. The others are blocked.
