Arrived around 10p. Front hotel staff were helpful. Got to my room, had like 2 or 3 channels out of the over a hundred options. Called front desk, phone just kept ringing. Got a text asking if there was anything I needed. I explained that I had called the front desk and no one had picked up and that the TV channels were not available, got no response via text until well after I had fallen asleep a while later Woke up, went to get breakfast that was supposed to be included (paid extra at booking.) I was charged again. Overall unpleasant experience, maybe try another location if you’re in New Brunswick.

Plaster falling, and water dripping by the window on a rainy day. Leaky hot water bathroom sink, spreading water on the counter, no water pressure in the shower, and a previous guest’s food in the microwave. Apathetic front desk staff, very unaccomodating…I guess that’s all!

Heat wasn’t working. Maintenance guy was super nice. Fixed it quickly. I wish there was a refrigerator. The room was extremely dark with not enough lighting. Front desk workers were both rude. Would not stay there again.
