My husband and I stayed to celebrate our anniversary. The location was perfect for access to Burlington and Montreal and everything in between. The airport is a very convenient drive. We got to see snow which we don't get to do very often, and the guest house was a warm, welcome place to return to at the end of the day. It's a perfect, pretty, cozy place.

The guest house was perfect, very clean, super comfortable bed and plenty of coffee pods for our stay. The weather wasn't always great but it was nice to come back to a cosy,warm space after sight seeing. We explored the islands on a sunny day and found the North Hero Welcome deli with it's superb sandwiches & coffee. On the last night we had a meal at McKees, just down the road where we were served by super friendly Madison and had a delicious pizza & burger. Great atmosphere there. I sat on the patio & was joined by a friendly chipmunk!

The interior of the guest house was lovely, comfortable, and conveniently arranged. We had everything we needed. We did not cook while there, but I noticed a nice set of pans and cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. The host responded quickly to all communications. A great place for two people. It's one of the nicest home rentals we've ever stayed in.

Very convenient and nice

We were happy with our short 2 night stay, and our host was very responsive to our inquiries.We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting family on the island. It was clean and comfortable, and new.The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the coffee machine & coffee pods.

Mint condition. Very smart design. All new and attractive fixtures. Contacted the owner several times and got immediate response. Would be hard to find a more perfect place to stay in the area.

My partner and i really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. We had tickets to a show in burlington, and chose to stay off the beaten path. It was a lovely drive out across the sand bar every day. The grand isle is beautiful and peaceful. Be sure to check out the farmers market. The guest house was perfect for our needs. It's nice new construction, with a good amount of space for two. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved having our coffee on the little back porch, overlooking the farm country. It was quiet, except for a bit of noise from cars on the road. But the critters and bugs at night were a beautiful lullaby. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the shower water pressure is low. Everything else was excellent!
