St cloud rental

House was good was told it was wheelchair accessible but was not. Could not get it bathroom. Was told small lip to get it housebut was 4 inch had to stack all mats and brought a mat for home to make it possible to get in the house.

Not worst place

The host didn’t give property address until 3 hours after check in. When booking a price was stated, then a damage waiver additional expense was required, so hidden fee. Place wasn’t bad, on dirt road in quiet neighborhood, except for barking dog.

Good home base

This house served our purpose well of having a clean place to sleep and come back to each day. It has some nice modern touches and the beds are great.

Ok, needs improvement

Stay could have been better. Based on Vrbo messages, we expected checkin info 3 days in advance. We had not heard from hosts and the day before I sent multiple messages about check in instructions. Eventually, they wrote back that we would receive it 15 minutes in advance of our check in. Once we arrived, we noticed the house needed a cleaning - the linens smelled like wet dog, the floors were sticky, etc. we ended up washing all the sheets and towels, and buying our own mop to wash the floors. We were traveling with small children, so this did not make for a great start. There’s also limited supplies in the kitchen. We intended cooking Christmas dinner there, but didn’t have basic supplies like potholders, kitchen towels and when we took out dinner plates, most had food residue. Overall this property needs more attention.
