It was hard to find at night as there was no signage lite up. I had to call the front desk and learn where the entrance was There was no hot water either Saturday night or Sunday morning. This should have been explained to us at check in. The hotel is old. The bathroom was very small and the toilet was at an angel so it fit. There was no temperature evident in the room. Finally it was noisy. A gust in the next room was very loud, there is no phone to call the front desk so I was forced to “bang”on the wall and asked they keep their voices down.

The Hunter Arms hotel gave excellent value for the price paid. Very clean with friendly service. Location is excellent for walking to many restaurants and the lake.

No one at front desk when we got there. Very very old place. No breakfast at all couldn’t even find coffee there. Never go again.

This Hotel is located right int he heart of everything downtown. For an old history hotel it is clean and has a really quaint cute feel and super sweet! The coffee shop 3:16 has amaxing coffee and the little cafe on the other side has food like we ahve never had anywhere else for breakfast. HOWEVER, because it is a hotel you will hear every noise in the hotle hall ways and outsode. I got NO sleep as people came in all hours of the night and you can hear them walking and talking and slamming doors ALL night long. ALSO< our room was next door to the janitors closet and starting at about 5am the door was slammed shut and noise in that room from 5am on. We were here on vacation and needed to rest but ZERO rest. The hotel is great but this is the loudest/ noisiest place I have ever stayed. Also, the cute bar in the pictures is not in use. You have to leave the hotel to drink. We saw the pictures and thought we could drink there and it is just for LOOKS.
