The hotel room was just basic, bathroom old, old shower but the location can not be beat! Roof top terrasse that overlooks Sydney Harbour bridge and Sydney opera house. 5 minute walk to harbour and Opera house.

Poor service and unclean

Unfortunately the air conditioning although working was not very effective, room was not cleaned properly during our 3 night stay, rubbish bins not emptied shampoo and conditioner not replaced, milk and sugar not replaced, phone not working had to be replaced, bathroom and rooms were very small and badly in need of refurbishment. TV although working was difficult to operate, overall a very poor experience, will not be returning

Look, this place needs a little TLC, the bar and restaurant hours and atmosphere are lacking BUT what a great location. This place has a great pool and spa on the roof, terrific views and great staff. The breakfast is good (albeit the very pale sausages) and happy hour is great value. This place is right on the hub of the Rocks and only a 5 minute walk to the Opera house, ferries, trains and of course the Rocks markets at the weekend. I really would recommend this place despite the slightly tired rooms.
