Overall had a great stay! Only comment was that the fire alarm went off. Evacuated then got stuck in the stairwell as the alarm stopped going off. Everyone eventually made it back into the lobby. Staff was downstairs but said nothing about the situation. Was a bit strange but I also understand most likely out of their control!

There was no bench or vanity in the bathroom, just a single sink. Made it very difficult for 3 people to get ready to go out Phone did not work at all and wasn’t replaced the 2 nights we were there, despite asking for it to be repaired The power points all went out just as we were curling hair, ironing clothes to go out. We ended up fixing it at the fuse box despite reporting it broken several times. There were no forks and we weren’t given any even after asking for them. The bathroom had a terrible stale smell. It was very unpleasant. Minibar was never restocked. For a supposed 5 star facility, this fell very short. We will never be staying here again. Very disappointing

We stayed two night and three days Extra blankets located in the cupboards had stains that made the blankets stuck, the dishwasher didn’t work, stains on the doors and house keeping didn’t change sheets. Pool was great and very convenient to have a gym! Allowed for a extra half an hour check out and wonderful location

Great location for getting on the train and getting around Sydney. If you are a light sleeper, my recommendation would be to ask for a room facing the pool, as there some street noise that was out of the hotels control, that kept me up at night. However the room was lovely. Lots of places to eat and shop. The pool was fantastic after a hot day out exploring.
