Swissotel

Our only problem was being expected to share one bed with daughter and granddaughter. I assumed when the booking was made it was recognised that 2 beds were required. I was then asked to pay an exorbitant price for a roll away. Hotel very handy to transport and shops. The Club rooms were busy and a few unruly children. The staff were great.

We love Swissotel in Sydney CBD. Even though we only live 90mins away, it's where we come to celebrate our wedding anniversary when we have time. All the staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and spotless. Interior design is great and location is fabulous. Beds and pillows are comfy. And the bathrooms (THANK YOU) have an actual solid door and not a sheet of glass. We've stayed in a number of hotels in CBD over the years and my husband travels for a living and we both think it's hard to beat Swissotel.
