"We checked in and shortly after checked out of this hotel. The sheets and comforter were not clean and we had to kill a bug crawling on the bed. The staff was not accommodating and we tried to be very discreet about the issues. They refused to refund us and after requesting a refund through Travelocity, the manager still denied it. Please beware because the reviews are very deceiving."
