I'm sorry we don't have any two room suites at our property. We try to avoid those misunderstandings with our room descriptions and photos. I hope you'll consider us next time you're in the area!

I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I checked in, the room was a king bed with a pullout couch. After asking the front desk about it, I was told, "That's all we have. I don't know why the reservation was changed. We don't have the availability." What was the point of booking a specific room, if that's not what I was going to get?! I also, didn't appreciate not being told about the $150 deposit. When I booked the room, I remember it only being $100. Needless to say, that was inconvenient.

In response, our hotel upgraded your room type to a more expensive room type at no additional charge, even though we could have cancelled the reservation and explained to Travelocity their mistake and had them fix it directly with you. We're sorry that you didn't like the 150 security deposit listed on the Travelocity website. It helps ensure that our hotel remains smoke-free.
