Welcome to this pristine 3-bedroom 2 bath Designer CAMDEN model in the fantastic Village of Virgina Trace. FULLY TURNKEY with stunning upscale furnishings, this spacious and inviting home is move-in ready for your relaxing vacation. Walk to the community salt water pool from your backyard, or the tennis /pickleball courts! There is a large TV in the living room plus all bedrooms have flat screen TVs, including the master bath. Sliders from the living room lead to the enclosed lanai with custom remote-controlled shades, plus a TV in the lanai. The master bedroom, with its adjustable king bed with built in back massage, offers the perfect space to relax at the end of a busy day. The ensuite bath has a walk-in closet with a built-in closet system, a wonderful walk-in shower, and two vanities. The split floor plan has two bedrooms and guest bath on the other side of the house. Bedroom #3 with an adjustable queen bed is an inviting guest retreat. The spacious 2 car garage has plenty of room for your car, plus there is a new 2023 4 passenger EV Club golf cart for use with the condition you add it to your vehicle insurance policy. There are no homes behind, plus within walking distance to the pool, tennis & pickle ball courts. Wi-Fi, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Sumter Landing

Very clean home with a well furnished kitchen and outside grill. This home is in a fabulous location close to a pool, pickleball courts, shuffle board and other outdoor activities. Very walkable to Sumter Landing.

A Great Month...a Great Place

First of all, Cynthia was outstanding to work with prior to our arrival and during our stay. Responsive to questions and just a genuinely nice person.Because of allergies, we had asked that the house be cleaned with fragrance free cleaners. Same with towels. Cynthia was so understanding and made it happen.The house is simply wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, the location great and having the golf cart was icing on the cake.Thank you for a wonderful stay !Tom & Sue

Great Home & Location

We stayed for a week visiting family in The Villages for Christmas. The house is very nice, and the host attentive and helpful. If you are looking for a home near Lake Sumter Landing, then I highly recommend this property.
