I would have given this apartment a 5 star rating. The only concern I had was the stairs leading into the apartment. This is a beautiful apartment very clean and a WONDERFUL view of the ocean. This apartment is great for a couple but not for someone with mobility issues.

Amazing!

The place is very comfortable, clean, with a beautiful view. Las gaviotas is a dream places, with phenomenales wiews Clean and a place where you feel very safe to be. It is definitely a place to return to.

Wonderful getaway!

A great place for a getaway, that was nicely appointed, clean, and had great views of the ocean. The check-in process to the community was cumbersome, and I didn't give myself enough time to prepare, so if you get everything sorted ASAP, it should be a clear and easy stay! Additionally, if it's a cold weekend during your visit plan to bring layers!

Amazing views!!!

The views from the deck were truly peaceful and amazing. The community was easy to get to and very clean and organized. The beach access was very easy to walk to and the food at the pool was AMAZING!!! Will definitely go again in the future.

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The location was great. There was security in the front. They were very helpful. Quick Get Away - Our Favorite Spot

Love Las Gaviotas and the community. The unit was as described (beautiful views and all. We had everything we needed. Host was available for communication and very nice / helpful. We will definitely be back.

Pleasant

Condo is sufficient for two people. Clean, nice ocean view, short stroll to the beach. It hugs against the main road but the noise dies down at night. Communication with the host was OK. There is a grocery store down the street which helped when we ran out of essentials. Nice gated community, very safe. People are very friendly.

Great spot

Nice ocean view, was a little scared of not having a/c but the ocean breeze and ceiling fan worked very nicely. Many steps so if you are senior be aware. Romantic and great weekend getaway.
