Welcome to "Depa 3", an apartment nestled within a charming three-story house. Situated on the first floor, this delightful apartment offers a cozy and convenient living space. Stairs need to be climbed.

BEDROOMS:
This apartment features two comfortable rooms. One room is equipped with a queen bed and the other one has a doubled bed.

Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms offering a cool and pleasant environment.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including a coffee maker, blender, and other necessary amenities.

Complimentary drinking water is also provided for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM:
In the living room, you'll discover a Smart TV. Stay connected with great Wi-Fi connection available throughout the apartment.

To ensure your comfort, the living room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Each apartment has one parking spot inside the property, which is monitored by security cameras. Additional free parking is available outside.
Other things to note
The last 300 feet of the road is unpaved, but a four-wheeler is not necessary.

If you are traveling with children, please take a look at the photos of the terraces. Adults are responsible for supervising and taking care of the children at all times.

We have the contact for reliable taxis for your stay. They can drive you to the bars, to the border, to Ensenada, to el Valle de Guadalupe...anywhere!
